Aug 2015
there was no apprehension, to relent and let the universe have its way
to throw the body into the river and be swept along with the current
to not look longingly at the shore
instead, to gaze upwards at the stars
let the waves of compassion and warmth envelope
and let golden hearts beat together

they say there was risk, I felt no risk
