Magpie Trying to Crow
He's smaller than the others;
***** his wings harder to
Hold his weight.
I sit on my girlfriend's balcony
With a Sunday sunrise beer at
8am
And listen to him flexing
His vocal cords.
I smile at the
Immature imitations of barks
And sparrows.
No, dude.
That's not Magpie.
Try again.
He tries again.
Never before was black and
White so colourful.
