Dishwater

i sometimes wonder what  it  would be like.

to slit my own throat.

how long would it hurt?

how long would the blood pour before...

nothing.

i long to bathe in blood.

warm, heartbeat blood.

glistening and gooey.

stain me.

heroic.

pour me down the drain.

like dishwater.

***** and calm.
