Oh, I can never forget you
You have always been in my mind
Your face and form haunt me like a ghost!
I grasp for your form
but you elude me like a phantom
Your lovely sacred heart!
Oh, how sacred it is to me!
Oh, I weep and pray
that the lord of heaven on high
would grant you, this lovely creature to me
and my heart and soul is black and bitter without you!
Oh, you are an eternal dream
forever flowing through my mind
and I pledge my eternal love to you.
you are the beginning and ending
of this my heart and soul.
My life you create within me
and my soul is utterly alone and sick without you!
Cast me not off my love
for then my soul's fate shall be worse than death.
Oh, you are a haunting song
like a song sung by an ancient Celtic fire
that speaks of eternal exotic mysteries
and you have forever captured
my poor heart to eternal life or death!
