insanity reigns
as aborted fetuses
are sold to secret labs

fore-runners from the right
cry out into the darkness
screaming profanities
at poor would be mothers –
politicized uteruses
stand at the precipice

endless need for debate –
all laws are applied to bodies

frenzied followers puffed up faces
holler about the unborn
