She loves to wear white- simple, yet bright
It's soothing of sorts, looks just like a light

Entangled in sheets, she's lost in her dreams
Of candles and T-shirts that are soft, crisp and clean

Wishing that if she wrapped herself tight
She could wring out the sadness with all of her might

Then she could too, be hung out to dry
And she would be happy without having to try

When she's dry she'll come in with all of the whites
In hopes that one day, she'll be simple- yet bright
I wrote this on February 9, 2015. This is my favourite piece of work I have ever written. I hope you love it too.
