Oh, how you live in my heart!
My life and soul ever bound to you
A fire in my heart that never dies.
Oh, if I but had wings and could fly to your side
Oh, how I would hold you in my arms
in a passion that would last
to the end of all days.
Oh, if I could but keep you
from all the cruelties of this world
this cruel hopeless world
to hold you
and tell you of our love
never lost and forever found
of how you are a fire
that forever resides in my heart
How my soul melts in your embrace
How your lovely form dances
before my inner eyes
in a dream world
made all from my love of you
as I lay upon my bead
and how as my eyes flutter open
my first thoughts are of your sweet angelic form
and my last thoughts
of my weary heat upon my bed
are of your soft hair and lovely dark eyes.
Oh, how ever you fill my heart and soul
all to overflowing
as though they would burst asunder!
Oh, you are the eternal music in my soul
you take me to heights of love
where no creature has ever been before.
Oh, a holy land all untrod!
Oh, you are a soft night wind
that ever caresses my fevered brow!
As I gaze into the dark soft and velvet sky
Oh, how I see in my mind's  inner eye
your soft and lovely midnight hair
your dark and rolling eyes
those eyes that embrace the center of my soul
and speak of our love unending.
Oh, if a foolish man I be
let this life fly far from ne
past the sun and moon and endless stars
to a private hell
where I shall ever reside
and let me melt like snow
and my name be remembered no more
for the fool that I be
for the angel who enslaved my soul
Oh let me dream of you forever still
and hold you forever and evermore in endless embrace
to reach heights of unspeakable joy
of which no man has ever told!
