Oh, you are forever part of me
my heart and soul connected to you
the other half of my soul.
Oh, every time you are away
is like a thorn in my heart.
Oh, every beat of your heart
is a beat of mine.
Oh, how I hunger and thirst
for the caress of you honeyed red lips
and the warm soft closeness
of me in your arms.
Oh, a life that would last for eternity
I would give for one hour in your arms.
Oh, my life I would give
My soul I would sell
to be held like a child in your arms.
Oh, eternity is worthless and my life hollow
without your sweet love and caress.
A poor hollow man without rhyme or reason
I would be without your love and care.
Oh, how I long to rest in your caress
and let this hollow and loud world
go along its worthless way
and let me sleep secure
in your warm loving arms
through all the endless days to come.
