The monotony

We walk this world with our eye wide open, still we don't see. Taking paths of our own choosing, yet a path  not truly free. This world was made to be seen, yet living life on repeat. Goals and dreams, may one day reach, but a dream set by the streets we grew in. Born free, but do we know what it truly means to be  free?
