Come look at me now how have I not proven myself worthy?,
Ive danced upon the trees, and sang with the breeze,
Yet you don't even notice me,

It's as if our fates separate us every time we begin to get close,
But it's the only thing Ive known,
So to watch you go, It was like a slow eating poison,
Ill take that dose until I die,

Like a play on a stage the society will watch me deteriorate,
Silent whispers litter their ears,
The Devil laughs as they see their fears,

Heaven wasn't so sweet to me,
For I knew we still could not be,
The realization I just couldn't see~
