Aug 2011
an ink-less pen,
an empty hourglass,
a horrifying den,
that showed no pass,
i lie face down on a pool..
i saw senseless joy,
i was your fool,
you swam, like a swan to your righteous path,
where a field of green lay ahead,
with showers of toxic you take a bath..
and lay your head on the visions bed...
despite the sorrow you consume within...
i held my breath and i straightened my chin...
the world i saw, in my breathless way...
still...
forevermore, i chose to stay...
