I am earth and bound.
Molded by your touch, malleable surface responsive.
I am earth and bound.
Tracing lines with the craftiest  hands, "valley, mountain" you named them.
I shiver like a dog , woods become widow makers.
Perilous grace in our depths.
You chose the palette ,  the hues that were inexorably mine.
I am earth and bound.
Mountain and vale where none shall tread.
When our faces meet they bask in our communion.
Yours is the air mine is the clay and familiar scent of what is real.
I am earth and bound.
I looked into your eyes knowing who and what you are.
You looked into mine instinctual without understanding, you fled in fear.
I am earth and bound. I am earth and bound.
It's all that is in me and I sigh not comprehending the sight of you.
You will take your hands running them over me spinning me on your potters wheel. I formed what you willed of me.
I was willing.
Every mountain every valley you intended me.
I am earth and bound.
When you wrote me in your pages did I come to you in stages as you closed my hidden places?
Soon to create them.
Deeply shaded.
You knew and kept secret sure of no exploration.
I am earth and bound.
Your face sets against mine like fated lovers hand in hand.
Warmth ruins me but I am drawn to it's necessity.
I am earth and bound.
