I heard a soul speaking
My ear heard a woman speaking
I recognized her voice
I wondered as I rejoiced
Could it be? I thought
Then I heard her call
Pouring out her heart in prayer
She was asking him for help
For forgiveness, wisdom, protection
Love and unity, it was powerful
Very merciful, lovely, and beautiful
A lady who once asked me a question <3
She said "Do you like my daughter"?
And I said "No", when truth was I did
Not only did I hurt myself, maybe hurt her too
Deep down I felt ashamed, cold in the rain
I couldnt confess admit her the truth
I was afraid, what would or might happen
It was your mother a woman
With a tremendously loving heart
She made my night, thinking of you
I was able to hear,
As the pain smoothly disappeared
Your mom I couldn't believe it...
