Diminished

Subtlety is lost on you But this one isn't It's the minor chord that strikes suddenly Filling you with the palpable realization That I love you more And what does that to you? Knowing that I am the one who Laughs more Remembers more Lingers more Grieves more Loves more Are you loathe to have settled? Are you proud? Are you powerful? And me diminished?
