May 2015
I woke up,
sometime
in the middle of the night,
delirious,
on fire
for her
& I gripped
my imagination,
frenzied,
I swept myself
far away,
into another dimension,
beyond the clover fields.
I streaked across the room
& stardust trailed
my genetic-reaction.
I was covered
in tiny beads
of raw emotion,
like tiny fireflies.
Twinkle twinkle
little bugs.
