Clichés
Your eyes reminded me of the stars so I bought a telescope
Your lips were pink like peonies so I bought a whole bouquet
I loved you so much that I couldn't breathe and now I need an oxygen tank
Your smile was vibrant like the sun so I soaked up its rays
The was you moved was so lithe and free so I started watching dancers
You made my heart stop and now I need a heart monitor
But yet still, all of these things won't replace you
