Oh, there is nothing
I would not do for you!
I would fly to the top of the sky
and plunge to the bottom of the sea.
Oh, I would lay on a bed of stone.
Live imprisoned in a mad house
for a hundred years.
Oh, I would pass my hand
through a flame.
Fill my belly with ashes.
wear clothes made from thorns.
Lay in hell for a thousand years.
Shed my blood to the last drop.
Oh, you are my beginning and end!
Without you I am nothing
not even dust.
For without you
My heart is a worthless mechanical thing
and I feel a pain
no medieval torture chamber
could ever devise.
Oh, if I could only feel
the caress of your lips
then my soul would mount up
on the wings of angels
and there would be nothing I would not do for you.
Oh, I could outlast all eternity
knowing you are by my side.
Oh, your lips are sweeter
than the sweetest rose
and oh how the touch of your fingertips
would send waves of ecstasy through my soul
that the love songs of the angels
could never match.
Oh, how can I find the words
to say I love you
would be saying to little
for my love for you
is a burning passion
I could in my wildest dreams
never have imagined
for all my world is within you.
Oh, I could lay and listen to your beating heart
all day and night long.
Oh, it would take me on a journey
through my soul
to a heavenly realm where wild flowers grow
and the love songs of the angels
drift through the air.
Oh, you have become my reality
I want no other.
You are my heart and soul.
You are my love song
and my heavenly realm.
