A black and white long hair
getting up there in years.

She's not my cat
but she knows I'm a sucker.

Once a day
she comes looking.

She'll stare me down
and guilt me in to a petting session.

She sheds black and white
to paint a grey onΒ Β the sleeve.

Now she can get back to
being the old girl that she is.

She will withdraw
to sleep away her day.
