They taunt you
They keep you up at night
You toss and turn
Put your pillow close to your face
You squeeze it till you no longer can
As you grab the blanket and bury yourself in
You overthink of words that keeps taunting you at night
You cry of frustration of words that freely flows your mind
Those words of hatred and discourage that you hear so very often
That no matter how much you try to forget it
It won't go away.
