Goodbye has become a simple phrase,
One I share with one too many.
I'm anxiously waiting,
For someone who makes saying goodbye not so easy.
For someone who makes saying goodbye impossible.
I'm hoping that on the other side of a goodbye,
There may come a hello,
That doesn't end the same way all the others have.
