Dark night
Seen through dark eyes,
A solitary star
Draws my eye.

A soft breeze sings
A cricket accompanies.
A harmonious duet at a
Sunset concert.

Crushed lapis blended
Into a sapphire sky, and
Brushed with blood,
Kisses the mountains.

A single tree on a mountain top
Silhouted
Against rogue clouds
Fleeing a war of lights and sounds
Over an angry, tormented sea.
