We're toe to toe,
Nowhere to go.
Pale cheeks,
On dirtied sheets.
I tell you all you mean to me
Bodies fold like origami,
Your sticky skin
And jagged chin,
Cling against
The strewn night dress,
Grasp the seconds,
in you Palm,
Feel them clot in your bloodstream,
Think of me,
When the world is
Mean
