To wander these empty streets,
One must wonder,
Why we wander,
The soul is empty and the heart is pinned to the ground,
We are worthless till we breathe the worth of others,
And demand what they know,
We’ll steal your last breath, and carry on your worth,
For the world never stops for one death, nor love,
It just keeps turning and devouring, my mind never ceases,
Will you ever know the depths of the ocean,
Or the stars that never cease in their devotion,
Wander, do you ever wonder,
Maybe the lost are just trying to find a breath to steal,
And sleep at night beneath devotion our hearts will never know,
The tide sweeps in and with the souls that never breathed,
We dance on the wet sand and praise what we can only guess at,
While chasing unopened dreams,
The heart must grow to find the ends of the world,
