Poems
Feb 2015
Poor me (an exercise of restraint)
I argued with myself briefly
about whether
I would reach out to you,
near the middle of the
night, body eager,
mind willing,
and finally decided I would
and I popped the question
(such a dubious question)
and you,
did not respond.
I hope I don't run into you today.
