Feb 2015
there it stood
the one thing that would
warp my mind
and make it mush.
i look at you and
i see Armageddon
i see my epic destruction
yet i see my light at the end of the tunnel
but you look at someone else
and i'm not sure they turn to mush
they don't place you
so softly on the pedestal
that i do.
you are here
and i know you're here
because i can feel you
but even though i call you Air
you suffocate me
you pinch the breath right from my lips.
but you pour your life into me
I need to forget you
I need to do without air
I need to suffocate
because I will die
if I breathe you in.
For the girl that is all right but all wrong.
