We are all born into incarceration
Serving our sentences captives of our narrow perceptions
Some pull at their shackles
for a mere glimpse through a barred window
We shape ourselves around our chains
They become comfortable
The trivial becomes important
and the important trivial
Sheltered from vastness
Our condemnation approaches its end
Many despair at the thought
of being set Free
20 miles south of somewhere
