As I wander down a thin dirt trail
A leaf brushes upon my cheek
I become a part of my surrounds
Right down to the bugs beneath my feet

Light becomes dappled and smells anew
Air is still and silent
Then a distant sound of a haunting owl
Sounds out in defiance

I feel the swirling cool damp mist
Flow right through my skin
And as I wander through the forest
It swallows me deep within
