What are these
Wet and warm
Dripping down my cheeks
Moisture cutting scars in dry skin
Surely blood is thicker than water
I'd be a fool to ask from where they came
Rare as they are
I cannot bring myself to wipe them away
So I leave them to the air
Thankful as they evaporate
