If you want an image of my earthly father, look at the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King. My father was also a Minister, and taught his nine children to sing. He also played the guitar, along with my Mom playing the piano. If we had an engagement, we were ready to go. He was a humble man; he didn't want anyone's feelings hurt. In our house we could not even whisper, so we had to be alert. On Sundays he would preach the word of God, as well as pray. On a very long bench seated, is where his nine children had to stay. I loved my father, very, very much. He loved his children, and you better not touch. As we celebrate the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, I have so much to say. May his "Dream" forever live on, and nothing hinders the way. By, Author & Poet, Sandra Juanita Nailing
