There are some things in life that just don't add up,
No matter how many times you read Euclid's work
And history is bound to repeat itself if you bind it in a book
And title it "stagnant"
Because history is anything but
The past is constantly affecting
The present is constantly affecting
The future is all we have
So banish the idea that textbooks are detached
You are very much attached to them
And the way your mind interprets the information will dictate
How you act in situations
That just don't add up
