A lifetime isn't forever
but the passing of time so short and insignificant
the world will never catch a glance at such beauty,
at such beauty as yours.

Until the darkening days from which you fall
from the heavenly arches
the place where we used to call home.

Let us hope for an idea to unravel ourselves
from the bindings of our own decay
This time, we won't look back,
This time, I won’t let you down
I will find a way to outlive a lifetime.

Tainted eyes
Blinded by others judgement
We can’t ever find ourselves.
Lives and novels,
Deaths and songs,
The telling of our stories to the children.
What is truth when all we are,
Are fragments of pictures trapped together?

You are my open heart
A black page to which I write
I love you.

The world falls apart
To the sound of burning,
You arrive from above
With such beauty you strike the earth
Hold me close dear,
For the ground is falling from beneath us.
