I am a modern day Odysseus,
so confident in the gifts god has given,
but trial after trial, i find myself falling upon failure after failure,
and all the fault is mine, drawing outside the lines,
I beg and plead, pine, for a life worth living,
to my hearts content I'll keep on giving.
