Fatima Latima**

I had wished I had no gift of sight
That the worst I could endure is hear you speak
And not snapshot the footfall of your gradation

You may not be a thief
Nor ****, daughter of the dayspring
But definitely my heart you stole

I speak of the daughter of Arabia
Aesthetically, she rocks
The queen of the pilgrim sands
And aeonian desert stones

Beyond the hijab
Artistically knead with consummate craft
Like the relics of Mecca
Blest by the prophet’s bones
The blessed

I see torches
Beaming with intelligence
Within those mascaras
Exquisitely trimmed and vibrant
A lulu class botany

She fixes a searching gaze
As she saunters close
And the stride and tread
Beats a drum entrancing
Soothed in her solacing spell
I give in, to her lullaby

She halts her perambulation
Stands magniloquent and stupefy
Like some pop diva magazine pose
Or Victorian secret shot
A tactical derangement of her gluteals
As she rests her palm in its cleft
I feel contractions, my dartos muscles

The blew of summertime
Gently beats her exceptional form
Her belt submerge her thigh crevice
Cleft by the sundered rift of fleshy fat
Built by the dainties and delicacies
Seasoned by the finest Arabian chef
As her silken dress slithers and gowns
Under the breeze bulging and blooming
Like a rose blossom or sunflower fore

As she bends down
To assuage the burlesque
The sun specula lilts her sensational
Her smile apologetic bids me stillness
I am caught staring
Guzzling down her scent and
Feasting on empty imaginations
Of What If that accentuate the mind and
Speed a hormone
And I pray I sin no more
Next time we meet and I see her again

For I am but a writer
Learning to use my pen and paper
And hope you but forgive
My linguistic impotence
When I make my confession
Employing too plain a language
When I say thus;

Her smile is classical
Her walk magical
Her beauty celestial
Her stride sensational
Her religion ethical
Her character spotless
And that leaves me breathless

And forgive if I step on broken toe
And try speak of the unspoken
Her ****** is sacred
Her being a type that dresses up
In the milliards of brutes dressing down
And shamelessly style it fashion

I must see a priest
One confession I ought to utter
And even vociferate abroad
For once I had fallen in love
With an Arabian Beautie
A ****** of Mecca.

Crazy World

It’s funny how
The universities are still in business
Of producing graduates
That speak funny English
And hardly make invention
And the stock market falls
Down street tumbles
That lets people buy
And make profit
Like grandpa used to say,
True intellectualism died
In the year 1929
With the rise in acumen inflation
It was then that
This Federal Reserve of Ignorance
The true villain of this quandary
Traces its genesis
Hope that explains succinct
This universal impotence

How you mesmerize
pat pakla Feb 2012
How you mesmerize

How you mimic the seasonal calm
And quietude of the restless ocean
How you bow in concentration
To arch your absorbent nature
And rapture in a cosmetic smile that
Swallows like a whirl pool

How you carry the gravitation field
And the forces that pull and bind
How you repel sadness and sorrow
In all faces and brighten some gloomy soul
How you set the stage for colorful dreams
And some “sweetistic” imaginations

How you define beauty in high definition
A creature of absolutely amazing design
Turning a ghostly atmosphere of earth
Into a haze of bliss and paradise scenic
Wafting some breeze of glory
Refreshing souls lost the inferno beneath

How you dim audacious eye gaze
By the razor of your eyes that pierce
How you outshine daylight and light
Outsmarting the very phrase neat and tidy
You’re the best and not the rest without debut
It’s why they find no rest and burst for you

How you dazzle and outwit
Injecting madness in minds active
Accelerating the speed of hormones
Beyond light or supersonic speed
Desire giving way to passion sway
And the vocal chords automated confess it

How you **** and make alive
When you put it short and tight
And the fabric can’t bear it a moment
Reproducing a perfect figurine clone of yours
As though you would burst out from it
Electrify and sizzle hearts inflamed

That’s how you mesmerize me
Walk no more in my sight her highness
How you catch my eye miss sacred
And reign enthroned in my frontal lobe
How you consume my thinkative energy
And gear on the driving seat of my life

I Slept and Saw
pat pakla Jun 2012
I was deep in the land of shadows
Halfway between the living and dead
In the awful silence of void
The atmospheres soft
And it’s people plastic
Mephistophelean and astute
When a band of ruffians stormed
The inferno beneath
With volcanic tremor
Sweeping down like a tidal wave
Of so terrific Tsunamic magnitude
Spurning all restraint
Slowed down my pace
By reciprocal math of wizardly
Substituting the direct proportion for inverse
I dragged and they almost flew
Corpsic  form and tattered cloth
Is all I see and
Gaping mouth oozing blood
Grotesque creatures tinting hell
After me and almost done
I should out loud voiceless
I reach for the nothingness
And there’s no thing
I stretch still to scale it down
Wishing I had wings
And take flight
Or superhuman like Superman
Hopping I possessed metaphysical force
Like the Matrix upgrade version
To disembody and dematerialize
And so vanish into stillness
To hang in space out of sight
By the trickery of magic
To cast spell like lady of the Voodoo
And freeze plant herbage and the human
Instantly and give a diabolic glean
Make a catwalk of villain trump
To the disgust of victim
And ultimate flown of the gods
That hardly smile anyway
But I am human and my powers feeble
My infinity lies bound within
Time and daylight
The parameters of finite
In a rat race so unfair
Distances too close and defeat too plain
I die out and awoke within
To brace another day with headache
Devil, I escaped Gehenna
That gives me surety I will outpace you
For what I saw when I slept
Hail Tartarus I am Morpheus

The Tree Of Decisions

Under the tree
Under the shade
I sat me down and wrote my poem
In the heat of noontide
The braze of summer
Reminiscence of my trials

Under the tree
Under the shade
I stood and sat
Stood and walked around
Aimlessly in heaviness
Wondering how, why and what for

Under the tree
Under the shade
I sat with my pen
And wrote my song immortal
Recounting my quondam thralldom
The genesis of my exodus
The Numbering of my lapidation
The Levitical ministry of providence
The Deuteronomic prospects of victoire
The Joshua-like expeditions and vigils
That brought triumph on enemy
And lead my feet to Canaan

Swing Me To 2012

Swing me to 2012

Don’t just stare at me on a seesaw,
Swing me to 2012.
Let me rock on the dandle board
Teeter-tottering to the new era

Let the Angel of destiny come,
Wing me to 2012.
Fly me to lands unknown
Far away unexplored undiscovered

Hit me the immense cathedral bells,
Ring me to 2012.
Let the tinkling sounds reach and echo
The horizons across hills of home

Grab the golden harp,
Sing me 2012 choral tunes.
Let me taste the fragrance of new song
Imbuing and blasting my five senses

And let’s all join the mirth,
Celebrating the year 2012 apocalypto.
In jovial mood and savage dance
Who knows, tomorrow may never be

Let me brag my past success,
To nourish my spirits elate.
I am a ****-a-hoop, so what
Plow hard and get a life.

THE LITTLE BERGER
pat pakla Feb 2012
Beyond the blue the Almighty lives
His geography clue the universe never leaves
Loving and kind at church they say
In the incandescent city he bears sway

King of kings He reigns supreme
Angels sing of His majesty sublime
A rod of iron with dazzling crown
Infinite mercies reach the trim of His gown

His blazon feet on pavement of gold rest
The land of knowledge where wisdom nests
There all tribulations are under arrest
And none of this here ever wrest

And He bows down the world beneath
Watching affairs down the Earth
He hears the cry of a dying world
Holding loose His hopeful immutable word

Down here pain and injustice reign
Anarchy and fear hold the reins
And righteousness and love never rain
Its tribunals and magistrates give lain

I saw it all in this little boy
Calamity and misfortune keep him abuoy
His skin wrinkled and tender flesh crusted
Where poverty is built a niche and clustered

Hardly walking and can hardly breath
Amidst town people who walk by in blithe
And so fights on till exhausted he gives in
And lays him forever silent in nature’s inn
Am coming from the chichiri shopping mall, living a life as we call it; I drop the ice cream corn when, some distance, a street kid and little berger  walks straight to me. Even neglecting everyone else and walks parallel to me, arm raised up and with almost dying voice pleading “help me.” In my hustle I try neglecting him but then the voice of conscious grips me and immediately I stop and dig, deep down my pocket. And he hardly blinks as he awaits for the little help I could afford. As I walk away I turn back for one more glimpse. He is too small for his misfortunes and hard life. Too little to lift the budging weight destiny is ****** on him. Too innocent for such an unjust lifestyle. And I walk away troubled and confused as to whether I had helped him at all. LORD have mercy.
