Paranoid

I stand in the street In the heart of downtown My heart has been broken My world falling down I look around For someplace to hid I feel them watching I feel their eyes I know what their thinking That I don't belong But my mind has been broken I cannot be strong I've lost my innocents I've lost my youth It's never easy facing the truth There's something missing There's a hole in the sky My heart keeps on beating And I don't know why
