Blinking

by @christina-low

I blinked and suddenly you were standing in front of me, a huge smile on your face. I blinked and realized that your smile always made my heart skip a beat and I was longing to be with you. I blinked and suddenly, you were asking to be mine. I blinked and lost my heart in a few moments when I realized I was falling in love with you. Each of these moments happened so fast and yet, my memory of them is so detailed. But what happens if I blink... and you're suddenly gone?
