Secret Passage

Petal lips unfurl,

aches of release—

a dying breath,

set in motion.

Hosted gold brims,

dew-kissed pearls,

echoing tides—

jade with rose.

Sky-borne wings,

fall into place,

against the embrace,

of a cerulean ceiling—

weightless and free.

∞

A timid smile answers,

curving softly in devotion,

whispering the secrets—

of my undying heart.

”I’ve known from the start.”
