Nostalgia

That old feeling

Of self destruction

Tinged with a comfort

In the depression.

 

It creeps up on me

Remembering slamming my head

Against the wall and

Mutilation.

 

I feel at peace in my

Desolation and at least

The depression is a release

From the delusions.
