PURGATORY

The Earth opened and the demons crawled out of their diabolical caves

Journey to the center of the heart of darkness, a journey into the dark con of mankind

Darkened scores of bats flap with erratic precision & the tongue of the serpents are restlessly wandering

Tonight these flames of Hell collide against Heaven's ivory tower. Bend the bow of the corrupt archer

Purgatory how you've held me here!

Held my truth up to the light, moth wings burn & decay

Cabin fever death, in my pit of pale desolation, absolution of power is the golden grift

My stomach runs into agony's vicious pangs, such deliverance of a fateful blow, buried by shameful words past
