This Angel

Angels, born from God

Faithful servants. Never fraud.

Until desire started burning.

This angel started turning.

His love for his father shattered.

Heaven never mattered.

This angel’s wings were lost,

And from heaven, he was tossed.

Taking his army with him.

Dare to sing this Hymn

Because this angel fell,

He welcomed all of Hell.

Tempted by a whisper;

Under the name of Lucifer
