Treadmill

by 2wo

I am running I am running towards a goal But I am running on a treadmill Every step forward Is a step backward I am not getting closer I am stagnant It doesn’t matter how fast I run It doesn’t matter how long I run It doesn’t matter how hard I run I can’t reach it I can’t control the speed And I can’t stop running If I stop I will fall. It’s frustrating I am still running I am getting better at it One day, I will outrun the treadmill One day, I will reach my goal.
