A Deal Is A Deal

by @Mooncatcher

I asked the devil for one more chance To feel the warmth and to dance Beneath the blood moon high above He waved his hand and took my love A deal is a deal his raspy voice said And hell will now become the bed That you have made and now must sleep With all the horrors that I keep With broken spirit I did stand For my selfish wish was now in his hands I thought I was a bad ass soul But now I see I'm just a rotten fool It's true they say what they do About paying the piper When he plays your tune So remember all when you think big Old nick is there with his bent stick
