There’s a Famous Lie

That you are only best at what you last did It is not true The best is what ever comes Whatever that exists, Us, The most, And whatever gives us the most excitement But who knows What that is For any given soul? Nobody, I’ve ever known But that doesn’t mean We are all alone It doesn’t mean That bliss Can’t be made Our truest home
