How can one feel so empty and hollow
yet at the same time so full of pain
how does one continue on
how can one live this way
and why do I have to?
I'm not saying that I am hopeless,
because I do have hope
that at the end of each day
I won't live to see the next
because why do I have to?
Keep fighting, it'll be okay
some day, one day, maybe.
just continue to suffer endlessly,
to please your family.
But why do I have to?
"Your life is important
You need to take care of yourself"
But I'm tired,
I'm so tired.

Take a breath.
