Can I get a clean slate?

What do I know? What will it be? Will I get it? Will I see? Will I understand, Or will I break? Do I give? Or do I just take? I want it balanced, I want it pure, I want to love you, I want to endure. Can you say the same? What did our time mean? Our slates may be dirty, But we can wipe it clean.
