The Sorrows of My Past

by @keya

My dreams hunt my reality. They use their claws to snatch away life. They take me down, towards the ground. My dreams chase my desires. They thrash down all my hopes. They linger into my breath, and into my soul. My past traps my dreams and everything seems impossible now. My passionate heart thuds to blossom. They run from the present and walk into the dark. A sudden wave of voidness rise beneath my body As they call my name. They call my name.
