I told you so, When I told you you'd lose interest in me, as quickly as day turns to night, I knew that you'd walk away, before your shy feet even turned in my direction, I told you you'd do it, before you even did, because really, everything good that comes, eventually goes, and even though I'd prefer if you stayed, I never hold my hopes up too high, since I knew you were like a beautiful sunset, that sooner or later would fade to black

Fading Away
I told you so, When I told you you'd lose interest in me, as quickly as day turns to night, I knew that you'd walk away, before your shy feet even turned in my direction, I told you you'd do it, before you even did, because really, everything good that comes, eventually goes, and even though I'd prefer if you stayed, I never hold my hopes up too high, since I knew you were like a beautiful sunset, that sooner or later would fade to black
