Candy

Candy won't make you sweet

It'll make you rotten

You'll have the stench of sugar

You'll feel the recoil of hunger

You'll taste paper residue later

Heart shaped lollipops,

cherry flavoured

with paper sticks

You bought

Discounted

After Valentine's Day
