I hate to think that it has to come to this, Seeing you makes me wish I was never brave, Brave enough to step out of my comfort zone To ask you on our first date. If it helps you to know that I still think about you, There's a pile of letters underneath my bed addressed to you I don't have the heart to send them I already broke your heart once . . . Here's to the past of broken hearts and shattered dreams I was 97% sure we were something special, together All I ever wanted was for you to be happy, But in the end, misery, like a stone wall, is all I'm left with 3% changed me forever, and I'll never be the same I didn't mean to say all I did - I'm sorry, I'll do better I guess I was moving too fast - but you never said anything Now all I have are memories of you Your smile, your touch, the sound of your voice . . Your smile, your touch, the sound of your voice! But I'm empty and alone, without you by my side

3% uncertainty is all it takes to shatter dreams . . . all I wanted was your honesty, that's all I gave you . . . I guess I was terribly wrong about you . . . VK.
