Speed Kills.

by pajopoet_11

By the time I write this sonnet, A child may crash against the bonnet, Of a car whose driver's blunder, Leaves a family torn asunder, What was the hurry, what was the need, To travel at such a deathly speed?, Those who speed must have no brain, Do they even realise the pain, they cause the wretched slaughter?, A family minus son or daughter, They don't realise, they just don't think, Are they blinded by drugs or drink?, My message is clear,I avoid all frills, Please slow down because SPEED KILLS.
