I wanted to understand, really.

by canistartover

I don’t know how life would be if I never met you but it was wonderful while we were, who we were together. A life changing experience so bittersweet, the end I guess it always is closing off a part of who you are and leaving it in the past with someone else I haven’t decided if I’ve won or lost or if I even care all I know is it’s over this time, for good. I can feel it. I’ve been trying, so hard, to take a step back and get a good look at you see what I wasn’t able to before and I do I just want to forgive you, undeservingly, for it.
